Wellness
We build healthy communities by restoring fresh, whole and organic food to its place as the foundation of health, and by connecting people in heart-centered ways to themselves, others and the earth.
Founded in 1988, Food For Thought is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to serving the nutritional needs of Sonoma County residents living with HIV/AIDS and other critical illnesses. We provide free weekly groceries including nutritional supplements, vitamins, and whatever other goodies are on hand, for as long as these services are needed. We offer support in English and Spanish.
Building a healthy community by affecting lasting positive changes for the economic, social, spiritual, and physical well-being of the community.
